Cold and Dark

On the CDU, go to Menu → PMDG Setup → Panel State → ColdDark or ColdDarkGPU

• Battery → ON

Check and confirm the following:

• C1 / C2 → OFF (check/confirm)
• Demand Pumps → OFF (check/confirm)
• L & R Wipers → OFF (check/confirm)
• Landing Gear → DOWN
• Flaps → OFF
• ALTN Flaps → OFF
• L & R Bus Tie → AUTO

Enable the following (if GPU is available):

• Primary EXT PWR → ON
• Secondary EXT PWR → ON

If GPU is not available:

• APU Gen → ON
• APU → turn ON then START; then release ON

Overhead Panel

• All Switches → CLOSED / NORMAL
• Cargo Temp Select → both at AFT LOW & BULK LOW position
• Circuit Breakers → PUSHED IN (check/confirm)
• Voice Recorder → ON

Dashboard

• Brake Source → CHECK (over 2,000 psi)
• Parking Brake → SET

ICAS

• Parking Brake message → CHECK
